Medjool Dates

Native to Morocco they come from the date palm tree ‘Phoenix dactylifera’ and are now grown invery warm regions worldwide. Mostly dried they are famous for their natural sweetness, caramel-like taste and density of nutrients. High in iron, potassium, vitamin B, copper and magnesium.
